Poland Street, Manchester
2 Poland Street is situated in Ancoats and comprises three self-contained ground floor office suites within a modern residential scheme. Units one and two are accessed via the main entrance and the third has a dedicated entrance accessed via Portugal Street.
The property is available on a Long leasehold term of 999 years from 1st January 2012.
Owen Street, Manchester
Anthony Hirsch originally aquired this site for cash made readdlily availble to him via a high net worth individuals network, he obtained planning consetnt for over 500 units and immediately traded the site.
Now the site is part of the Manchester's Great Jackson Street master plan.
The Lighthouse, Manchester
In conjunction with a previous development at large scale, we applied for planning consent for a tower scheme for 170 residential apartments. This is now known as The Lighthouse.
Thereafter, together with one of our national partners, we acquired the adjoining car park which we applied for planning of 140 apartments and extensive retail which was sold on to a UK national developer. A few months later, we had an exclusive opportunity to acquire a 10 acre site in South Manchester, next to Castlefield. This site was acquired for 50% below market value. After a long detailed planning process with our architect Ian Simpson, we received consent for 500 units.
Tib Street, Manchester
